(Sometimes I’ll include a bit of dialogue if a character says something particularly funny.) That way, I both have enthusiasm to get to the scene the next day to finish it out, and I also have an idea sketched out when I’m in the “flow” of the story so I don’t have to spend any time remembering or brainstorming about where I wanted it to go next.
